[Rewrite] New Scoreboard Needed

Our current Scoreboard is based off of a VERY old one called SUI Scoreboard, which I think was last updated sometime in 2009. This is limited, barely functional, doesn't listen to the currently selected Derma skin at all, and takes up a lot of space for doing very little. Making a new, thematic scoreboard for the gamemode would allow us to put in more relevant information, instead of how many "Gay" stickers the player has received.
