Storages don't have minimum, while generators do.

Like the title says, generators have minimum prop sizes, below which they act as if they are at the minimum size. Storage however don't, and such if you wanted to scale a LS system to smaller than a large drone, you cant because the minimum requirements for generators is above what you can store in the equivalent sized storage.

I propose a minimum for storage's, done in the same way that generators do it, so you can make smaller drones and mini ships.
