Player Utility Entities
A lot of functionality present in other gamemodes is currently simulated via random, Respected+ Expression2 functions. This idea would be to create some gamemode-supported entities to fill in for these:

Custom Spawnpoints. Should require energy every time someone spawns here. -
Health/Armor Chargers. There is no way for a cadet to refill their own health. -
Arms Lockers. Can be filled with general weaponry like crowbars, guns, etc. Requires a Factory and some metal resources to stock.
