Clients have to download sbep part assembler every time they join if they just use the workshop.

Can what ever solution we had planned for sbep be done please, can we make a version of sbep on the server that just has the stuff we want (i.e remove livable modules) and then put the sbep assembler tool into the repo. either that or lets put the entire of sbep in the workshop collection, either way server having stuff clients dont is something i want to avoid.
