Passive Resistance Tanking Too OP
For the longest time now, we've pretty much all had the capability to near to 90% resistances across the board on either Armor or Shields (I haven't yet seen a true Omni-Tank with 90% in all categories in both Armor and Shield, but I feel like that might be possible). This makes weapon balancing near to impossible, as all the damage numbers are multiplied by nearly a factor of 10, meaning most ships that go for anything BUT resist+repair tanking are going to die in one or two hits.
Note: My intended Module Crafting overhaul will most likely make this issue moot. However, that doesn't have an actual due date, so this can be fixed by numbers-tweaking in the interim.
